It was our first time selling, so we had no idea what to expect, but Simone made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. She was always incredibly responsive. If she ever missed a call, she’d get back to us so quickly, and she kept us updated every step of the way so we never felt out of the loop. She was kind, honest and just so easy to deal with. Sean worked very hard to achieve a great result for us for which we are very thankful. Sean knew the area and marketed the property well & was able to generate great interest in the property which resulted in lots of people at the open houses and a good result. He was always available & calming in times of stress.

We recently purchased a property through this agency. Simone was helpful at times. However, communication issues throughout the transaction created unnecessary stress and confusion. Post settlement support was disappointing, and the manner in which our final concerns were handled left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We do love our new home, however our overall experience was mixed. We would also like to acknowledge and thank Taylor for her assistance on the day of settlement in bringing out our key.
