Selling land is tough in this market, but what made it far worse was being let down by the very real estate agency we trusted to help. For six months, we received little to no feedback on enquiries, and getting a return phone call or text message response was near impossible. Even after deciding to part ways, we emailed all three main principals — and not one of them replied. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even bother to remove our listing from their website or realestate.com.au, despite our clear request. Honestly, I’d be shocked if anyone even responds to this review — communication clearly isn’t their strong suit. Such a waste of time and trust. And here’s some free advice: if you’re going to ignore texts, turn off your "read" receipts. At least then you can pretend to be professional instead of outright rude.

Adrian was very quick to react to our query and made time to visit us at the property on the same day. He had a good knowledge of sale prices of similar nearby properties and we were able to set a target price quite quickly. We were happy with how quickly the sales procedure progressed with online and on-site advertising. We were very pleased that were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale and any questions we had were answered immediately. The property sold quickly so that was the icing on the cake!

I recently bought a property through Belle property. I organised a day to inspect it with Tim and when I arrived at the property it was evident that no notice had been given to the owners and wasn’t able to see it which was disappointing considering I had driven down from Melbourne and taken the day off work. I messaged Tim after this and he completely ignored me, no apologies or anything. Beyond unprofessional. The rest of the team at Belle property were otherwise friendly and easy to deal with however.
