Great & understanding agent. Alex was great to deal with & he understood my expectations well. He listened to me & also provided advice at the same time. He kept me well informed with updates on how many people came for inspections & the number of people who showed interest, etc. He did his best to advertise my apartment for sale. I didn't get the price I was hoping for, but still, I was happy with the whole experience with Alex.

I couldn’t recommend Ashlea and David highly enough for managing the rental of my property. From the very beginning, they were always on top of everything, and their communication was clear, transparent, and consistent throughout the entire process. Prior to the property going to market, some maintenance work needed to be undertaken. Ashlea and David organised everything in a timely manner, and I didn’t need to do a thing. The quotes provided were realistic, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Despite there being multiple other properties in the area on the market at the same time, they were able to secure a tenant within just one week. Even more impressively, the property was rented for a higher price than another property in the complex that had only recently been leased. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Property managers often get a bad reputation; however, I truly could not recommend Ashlea, David, and Archer enough. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end, and I wouldn’t want to rent my property through anyone else.
