I have recently engaged Allen Property at Toogoom to manage a rental apartment on my behalf. The company representative Ms Demi Beck has done a wonderful job and handled the entire process with ease and professionalism. Her ability to take time and explain every detail made the whole experience a pleasure. She located and reviewed suitable applicants and provided us with a good choice of potential tennants. Before the selected tennant moved in, we had a few issues with regard to door keys, internet connectivity, and other considerations. Throughout this process Demi was able to assist and arrange tradespeople to satisfy all the necessary requirements. In my mind, Demi went above and beyond to achieve this outcome.
