ALBA - Australian Leading Buyers Agents

Tom at ALBA - his heart is in the right place! He genuinely cares about the people he serves. As a broker, I have sent some clients to him and will continue to because of that. Highly recommend his services.

Alba are so great to work with, taking the guess work out of picking a Buyers Advocate especially when it’s in a state that you don’t live in has been such a stress of my shoulders. Knowing that I’m going to have an exceptional experience Every time and having Tom as a point of contact as well as the Buyers Advocate makes the process so smooth! Highly recommend 👏🏼

Tom and the team at ALBA are incredible at what they do. They're excellent at providing informative and consistent market updates, always ensuring they go above and beyond for our clients. Highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to be connected with a trusted buyer's agent.

Thomas at ALBA is a shining example of integrity, value, and true investment in client outcomes within the buyers advocacy space. I cannot understate the importance of the right advisor, the right asset, transparency as to process, and genuine investment in the client goals and vision, making Thomas our absolute go as subject matter expert for all things property advisory. I cannot recommend Thomas highly enough!

I have worked closely with Tom at Alba Property and have no hesitation in recommending him to my clients who are looking for a buyers advocate. Tom is highly knowledgeable about the property market, incredibly responsive, and consistently provides exceptional service. Most importantly, I trust that every client I refer to him will be well looked after and guided through the process with professionalism and care. Alba is the only buyers advocacy firm I recommend because I know my clients will receive a genuine 5-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alba as a buyer's agent broker for several of my clients, and the experience has been consistently exceptional. Their service, expertise, and commitment to connecting the right individuals and guiding them through a smooth purchase journey truly stand out. I feel completely confident partnering with Alba, knowing my clients will receive the same level of care and attention they’ve come to expect when working with Collaborative Finance. Every referral client has walked away feeling informed, supported, and empowered in their new purchase. Highly recommended.

Tom and the crew at Alba are the best in the biz. Unrivalled honesty & transparency, not just with their advice but also with their process. Our business doesn’t work on referral agreements and kickbacks - we put our clients with partners that we know are the best at what they do, and can guide our clients without bias and alterior motive. It’s a reflection & extension of our own services, so we refer to Alba because we trust and value their standout service. Tom is also a legendary guy, so that helps too!
