I witnessed the entire buying process with my friend, and the disrespect from David at Villa Rosa Emlak was shocking. He is the definition of a fake salesman. He was extremely polite and put on a huge show until the papers were signed. The second the deal was finalized, his true colors showed. He completely ignored my friend and didn't even have the decency to show up for the key handover, sending his secretary instead. They only care about grabbing your money and have zero after-sales service. Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed by fake sincerity.

Some agents work for buyers; Villarosa works for you as the seller. Some agents are price takers; Villarosa are price makers. Some agents quote low to maintain their commission income stream and 'move stock' (your home); Villarosa plays the long game to maximise the price to generate lifetime customer value. Some agents pitch uneducated sellers with outrageous claims and stories to get a deal done; Villarosa tells it to you straight and let's you decide what you want to do and when. So ask yourself, do you want an agent that serves everyone else's best interests; or do you want an agent that looks after you first? I'm not saying ALL others agents are bad, but David Villarosa and his team are exemplary. Five stars.

David is an absolute champion. He goes above and beyond to get the best price possible for your property and actually cares about the outcome. We sold our house through David and even though the market at the time was softening (late 2022) he advised the things we needed to do in order to get top price. She was very supportive throughout the whole process and made sure we were updated every step of the way. When we thought things weren't going well, she assured us this was all part of the process and she answered all our silly questions!
