Prime Real Estate

Had a great experience with Prime realestate, out of all the agents in Geelong I found them the best to work with and they really care about the service they provide. Highly recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Gina during the purchase of our property. Her communication has been outstanding — always clear, prompt, and proactive, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. She’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved. We’ve been so impressed that we’ve chosen to have Gina continue on as the property manager. Highly recommend working with her — you’ll be in very good hands.

I’ve been fortunate to have known Prime Real Estate for over 10 years, and they have been exceptional through my investment journey. I originally purchased my Geelong property through them. I then engaged them to manage it - and it was seamless always professional, responsive, and incredibly reliable. I never doubted their services, and kept them as my managing agent for the decade I owned the property. When I recently decided to divest, their sales team, in particular - Gina, delivered again. The marketing approach worked well, thanks to their advice, and the property sold within a week. Thankfully - the process couldn’t have been smoother. A genuinely end-to-end service offering. I highly recommend Prime for both property management and sales.

I’m so grateful for the amazing service Gina provided during the sale of my property. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way. Her advice was spot on, her communication was fantastic, and she achieved a great result. Gina genuinely cared and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Top class from start to finish. If you're looking for the best in the business, look no further. Gina helped me purchase my first property. A very daunting process that was handled with calmness, professionalism and top notch communication. It couldn't have been smoother. They're called Prime for a reason..! A five star review simply is not enough.

Prime Realestate have been excellent to deal with. Ten years ago we purchased a property through Gina and Orest who we retained to manage our property as a rental. We were given excellent service in this time. When we decided to put the property back on the market we were more than happy to give Gina and Prime Realestate the opportunity to advertise our property and in doing so sold within one week at a more than happy result. Excellent service, well done.

Thank you to the wonderful Gina for assisting us in buying our first home. Gina is extremely personable, helpful and has supported us throughout the process. We cannot recommend Prime Real Estate enough, in particular Gina.
