Tweed Sutherland First National Real Estate - Bendigo

We worked with Luke, who was fantastic to deal with when selling our house. His communication throughout the entire process was a standout. He went above and beyond to help us through the initial process, finding the right buyer at a great price, and supporting us through the process after it was under contract to ensure a smooth sale of the property. Highly recommend TSFN for anyone looking to sell or buy.

Christie Ashen, our rental property manager, has done an outstanding job guiding, liaising and assisting us with undertaking our recent landlord insurance claim. As novices having to explore claiming for ceiling water damage to the property her promptness and professional knowledge of what to do took away all the hassles for us including organising all of the repair works. So appreciative of Christie's professional involvement for what we saw as daunting and the downside of being a landlord. Highly recommend Christie.

Another successful purchase thanks to Bronwyn Williams at TSFN - Bendigo. They were incredibly easy to work with, always responsive, and made sure my client felt supported every step of the way. The level of professionalism and dedication they bring to the table is second to none. Excited to work together again soon!

Horrible experience while buying my first home. Poor to no communication, no shows or responses to final inspections, late to another inspection, no follow ups chats about anything. Settlement issues with not checking if previous owners were vacated. There was no positive part of our experience with the agency. Could not recommend to anyone buying a first home and would suggest considering other properties that are with other real estates. Really unprofessional.

Reecy is the one of the best real estate agents we've worked with across 3 states in Australia. We have bought and sold with her 3 times now, and again she has proved she knows the market and can deliver top results quickly and efficiently. Her hard work, knowledge and professionalism are the reason she is so successful and well-connected and has stayed at the top of her field in the greater Bendigo region for so long. Reecy gets the results you want.

Bevan shows an excellent knowledge of the local market and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. Even when we needed to negotiate on a defect issue after the contract was signed, Bevan took control of the process and facilitated a win-win outcome. I recommend Bevan and the TSFN team to anyone considering a sale of their property.

Took up TSFN' offer of an appraisal on our residence. Very professionally done, on time. They came up with some ideas for our residence for the future when we do eventually downsize. Highly recommended them.
