If I could give 0 stars I would. After sourcing me a property in the worst street imaginable - I terminated my contract with Troy. It's in the contract that he will refund 50% of the deposit if the contract is terminated which he has failed to do and since completely ghosted me. Wouldn't trust him with anything.

We used Troy to find our tropical holiday home. As we are Sydney based, and short on time, he organised a brilliant packed weekend where we saw 15 houses.
