We have recently stayed at 3 Hilltop villas for 5 nights. We are two couples in our 60s and we all had the best time. The apartment was fantastic. The main bedroom with ensuite is very generous. The second bedroom with two single beds, is smaller, but has great storage and was very quiet. The fact that the main bathroom is right next door is a bonus. The laundry was great with a good sized washing machine and very efficient dryer. The highlight was the kitchen/living area and the wonderfully spacious balcony. The kitchen was brilliantly stocked with everything we needed. The lounge room furniture was incredibly comfortable. The underground parking was very convenient. Our Prado fitted into the garage. It was a bonus to have a lift as the apartment is on the second floor. I would thoroughly recommend Hilltop Villas for anyone wanting to enjoy a central Sunshine Beach location.
The apartment has a wonderful view but it's very tired and many items need to be replaced. The crockery for example is all very badly marked and looks like it's come from an op shop with lots of cups that don't match and plates that are quite old. The dishwasher is located in a position that you cannot open the door fully to pack it or unpack it which makes it very difficult to use. The cutlery is also mismatched and old. These numerous signs put around by the real estate agent to say Don't open the blinds just twist the blinds. Don't pull down the blind outside because obviously they don't work. There's lots of rust on the light fittings. It looks like it could do with a good paint as there's lots of chips and marks on the walls. Just a little thing there was no tissues provided which is just a bother when you come on holidays to not have a box of tissues anywhere in the in the building. There was no soap provided in the vanities although there was body soap in the shower recesses. The bed line was slightly rough and not of a high-quality. I found it amusing that there was a side telling us to pull the curtains at night so that the sun didn't affect the leather chairs. I would've thought one of the things of coming to a unit with the ocean view is in the morning. You would wake up to look at the ocean not pull the curtains. Some of the exterior furniture, is very corroded The garage is hard to use to get out of the car due to the Storage of kayaks it would've been helpful if there was a sign indicating when you came out of the garage where the stairs were instead of trying to work out which one of the doors lead to where? With an issue and even though there was clear instructions on how to tune the TV it took about 15 minutes to tune every time we turn the TV off we solve the problem by just leaving the TV on with on mute so we didn't have to go through this every time we wanted to watch TV In terms of maintenance there's a oil coiled heater that is missing a wheel and when I plugged it in it tripped to switch so perhaps an issue with it The main bathroom shower recess needs the seal on the door replaced as the vanity drawers are all marked and stained. Perhaps even if they put a liner in it would help the appearance of the drawers. Garbage bin with no lid in kitchen No throws just and old blanket Only one cutting board Only one platter No plastic storage containers in the kitchen Kitchen is not renovated just a newish bench top A beautiful location views are amazing. It's a bit sad that the owners seem reluctant to spend a little bit of money to make this into a luxury apartment and for what you spend you hope that some of that money would go to the refurbishment. Jack hammer next door and no notification.
They were wonderful to deal with and our apartment was superb. I would no hesitation in recommending Sunshine Beach Real Estate for any holiday rentals in this beautiful part of the world!
The apartment we stayed in was great, but the service was even better. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, replying promptly to my enquiries. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend our friends to use Sunshine, if they're ever headed that way. Thanks for helping to make ours a great holiday.
We recently booked through Sunshine Beach Real Estate and stayed at Seagrass – Pacific Avenue (Sunshine Beach) with our small dog for a week — it was such a relaxing and enjoyable break. The communication from SBRE throughout the booking process, payments, check-in information and departure instructions was excellent. Everything was seamless, and we would happily stay at this property again and book through SBRE in future. Seagrass is a very comfortable, dog-friendly home with great spaces to unwind. We especially loved the master bedroom and ensuite, the separate lounge area, and the heated pool zone, which became part of our daily routine. The fireplace and pool made it ideal for the cooler months, while the nearby dog-friendly beaches around Noosa were perfect for getting out and exploring. The property is exactly as described and would suit a family or a few couples comfortably, with three bedrooms, two TV/living areas, multiple outdoor deck spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry and small garage. Location-wise, it’s excellent — only a short 5–10 minute walk to Sunshine Beach Village for cafés, restaurants, the surf club, convenience store, bottle shop and takeaway options. Grocery shopping was also easy with both Noosa Junction and Sunrise Beach just a quick drive away. If you’re visiting, don’t miss the Eumundi Markets on a Wednesday — much quieter and easier with a dog — and definitely stop by the Noosa Chocolate Factory 😋 We’ll definitely be back. The heated pool and fireplace really make this home feel extra special and comfortable year-round.
Magnificent house with amazing views of beautiful Sunshine Beach and comforts to make you feel right at home. Constant sound of the crashing waves 24/7 with fresh breezes from all directions….really the only thing missing in this splendorous house is a butler otherwise perfect for that luxurious relaxing holiday you need…can’t wait to return.
Great location across from the beach and close to the shops. Beds very comfortable and the main living and outdoor areas were great. Both bathrooms and the kitchen area and appliances could do with an upgrade as very dated. The cleaning could have been better, lots of dust on the lamps and on rear of TVs.
