Worst agent ever. Not only did they hang up on my phone call mid complaint but they usually blame their tenants for every little thing instead of taking accountability for their own actions. Due diligence by the professional is usually expected but they will be lazy and then pretend you didn’t mention it to save their own as son the paperwork. Never go through here as a tenant.

RMA has managed my Canningvale house for the past eight years. I am particularly satisfied with Tasha Sharman, who has been managing my home for almost three years. Tasha is the best property manager I have ever had; she responds quickly to concerns, manages any difficulties issues. She’s professional, courtesy, caring, reliable, responsible, and effective. She delivers high-quality advice and service and keeps me informed of how the property is being managed. She constantly exceeded expectations. This is highly recommended. I'd love to offer six stars for overall😊😘

I can't give enough reviews for Tasha Sharman, my property manager for the last 2 years. My house is falling apart, and she tries her best with an owner who is frequently not in the country to get maintenance completed. She replaced another property manager and walked into a shit show because her predecessor had done nothing. Thank you, Tasha, you're one in a million of property managers ❤️💐 that do care about their tenants. I highly recommend Tasha to anyone looking for a decent property manager, as there aren't many out there.

I actually give 0 stars. The worst Real estate company I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of renting. Gaslighters, try to take money from the most vulnerable of our society. Zero compassion for other human beings. Might as well be an office full of robots. The only good property managers there are Tasha Sharman and Catherine Sturman. We were in a rental for 2 years in that time we had about 5 different property managers!

Tasha Sharman was our Property Manager and she was fantastic, I highly recommend her. She was so down to earth, great communication and really helped us especially when our property was vacant and we needed do last final things as were looking to sell. Thanks Tasha for being the best Property Manager we had at RMA.

Tasha Sharman has been the most amazing property manager I've ever had! She is always so friendly and professional, very approachable if I had any issues with the property I'm renting and very quick if I had any maintenance that needed to be addressed. Fully recommend RMA port kennedy!
