Judging by the other reviews, it seems there are some great property managers here, and I wouldn't want my experience to reflect on the team or business as a whole. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. Communication felt impersonal and I often had to chase updates instead of being kept informed. Decisions were made without consulting me, and there was little accountability when things went wrong. After a number of management issues, I lost confidence that my property was being managed with the level of care and professionalism I'd expect, particularly given the premium management fees being charged. Have since taken my business elsewhere.
