Leanne is proactive and has good communication skills, in respect to carrying out rental appraisals, lease renewals, routine inspections, and generally keeping me in the loop regarding the property. The regular ownership statements are clearly presented & the EOFY tax statement is issued in a timely fashion. I value all of these attributes as I feel confident that my investment is being managed to an excellent standard of care.
