Our experience with this agency was honestly shocking. Illegal and unethical practices of under quoting at its finest. Soren and Justin’s “expert opinion” was not just off, it was completely out of touch with the actual market. Not only did they not follow up with us after their under quoting shambles of a pitch they couldn’t even be bothered to reply let alone apologise for their misrepresentation and wasting our time to my email which I’ve attached.
