Friendly and professional service runs through the accounts of Bendigo Ballarat Real Estate, which reviewers describe across sales, property management and rentals. Several customers highlight the knowledge and proactive approach of staff, with Sonja praised for her work on investment property management and Sonya noted for positive interactions over a five-year tenancy.

Andrew Murphy comes up repeatedly for his market analysis and timing advice, one vendor reporting a sale achieved within three days at a price above expectations, while another describes him as client-oriented and never pushy. Jen earns consistent mention for efficiency and for taking the time to understand what buyers wanted on a purchase, and Chloe and Byron are credited with guiding a purchaser smoothly to a new home. Deacon draws comment for his grasp of the local market and strong work ethic.

Reviewers also mention receptionist Makayla for helpful, professional and friendly handling of an enquiry about a rental. A detail many reviews return to is how well problems and processes are managed, with properties prepared properly and the right buyers or tenants found. The recurring theme is approachable, knowledgeable staff who deliver on sales, rentals and ongoing management. Andrew Murphy's handling of the Epsom sale stands out as a concrete example of that expertise.
