As a neighbour of a property that is managed by R&H I'd have to say there pick of tenets are to be questioned. I have had issues with them of late and called to speak to the property manager who always seems to be on another call but never remembers to return my calls. Do better R&H! It's so frustrating

Update: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR RENTALS HERE. Raine and Horne have taken it upon themselves to allow unauthorised and unlicenced persons to enter the property and conduct repairs without permission it legal right to attend. Their neglect has resulted in my property beinf damaged and completely mismanaged. I am forced to seek legal pursuit to settle the matter which they have fobbed off and ignored. The tresspass and illegal dumping of building waste on my property is now with the police. If I were a tennant I would read the reviews and take them very seriously. The way this has been conducted has led to monies mismanaged and money being taken from the trustee account and bond without authority or approval to pay for works that have not been given approval. The legitimacy of their trustee has now been placed in question. Im owed $3500 dollars in rent and damages to my property. By years end due to poor managmemt of my property I will absorb about $20k in losses. Its just not worth it. Theres little to no thought or effort and then you are not dealt with honestly. The lease broke early and they are not telling applicants it is a 6 month lease until I insisted leading to people withdrawing. I have said no pets. They dont care and have not informed people. This is a small place and word gets around. The trades they have used previously have done more damage than good. This has happened yet again leading to criminal investigations now. Very poor experience. Im out about $20k by the end of the year as a result of mismanagement. I am going to have to apply for insurance now and as you can see other people on these comments have had to do the same. Really bad.

There is no misunderstanding, this is the company responsible for my property managment. There's been inaccurate billing, damage to the property that was not repaired by poor trade support that charged high fees and you end up managing everything and getting the repairs all done yourself anyway. Lease managment is almost non-existant. Happily take your money and then do virtually nothing to secure and assist renting your property. R/H do not vette tennants well. Minimal support is the least offensive term I can use. Honestly all the bad reviews are about the lease management side of the business and I can see why. Take your place elsewhere.
