One Agency Elite Property Group Shoalhaven

I am currently looking for a home in the Illawarra area and made enquiries recently with salesman Mitchell Ryan from One Agency Elite Property Group Shoalhaven, on a property in Shell Cove. I currently live almost three hours drive away, so I'm not exactly just down the road, and asked Mitchell if he could either get the vendors (or complete it himself) to take the height measurements of the home's garage (I needed to know if my boat would fit prior to making any possible offer on the home). Mitchell told me he would get the information at that week's open home and get straight back to me with it. I never heard back from Mitchell so I followed up with him two days later. He apologised that he had forgotten to take his tape measure (no worries I understand mistakes happen). I explained the fact I don't live close by, but that I would be in Wollongong for an appointment that coming Saturday morning (at that stage he hadn't set the open house time for that day for that particular house yet) and asked if I could come and look at the home and get the measurements myself. Mitchell assured me that he would get back to me and said that even if he could not be there that Saturday morning, that he would get somebody else in the office to meet me at the home. Again - he told me he would get back to me. Not only did I not hear back from him prior to that Saturday like he said he would, but another week and a half has now passed and I still have not heard back from him, nor anybody in their office. This was such a basic request from somebody who is looking to purchase a house and has the finances ready to go. Unbelievably poor, in fact non-existent customer service, this is my own personal experience here and it is only fair that I share it in the interests of transparency and honesty. I do not take lightly leaving a business a negative review (I have previously owned and ran my own small business so I know how difficult it can be) however in this case it is justified and the review needs to be made. I will no longer make enquiries on this house listed by One Agency Elite Shoalhaven as a result of my experience with them.
