I chose to use Property Buyer to bid for me at auction [private owner not investment], as I'd never done it before. I liked the fact that I only had to pay an attendance fee if we didn't win, and the rest of fee was only payable if I won. That made it very affordable to have them attend more than one auction for me if necessary. [As it turned out I won the 1st property auction]. Tass got a great price for me at $6k below my maximum budget. He was friendly and easy to deal with, and very much helped with my confidence - Tass made the whole process very easy.
