Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with MR Real Estate Rockhampton. I applied for a property within 1 hour of it being listed and kept following up for nearly 2 weeks. Every time I called, I was told there was a “staff shortage” or that inspections would be arranged later. Then on the day of my scheduled inspection, my appointment was suddenly cancelled and I was told the owner had already approved someone else. What makes this worse is that earlier I was clearly told approvals cannot happen without inspections, but later the story changed completely. The whole process felt misleading, poorly managed, and not trustworthy at all. Applicants spend real time and effort organising documents and inspections, so honesty and transparency should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Nardia from Mr Real Estate as our property manager for the past 2 years, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Nardia is always professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She handles everything so efficiently and genuinely cares about both the property and us as owners, which is so hard to find. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always keeps us in the loop. We’ve felt completely confident and stress-free knowing our investment is in such good hands. We couldn’t recommend Nardia and the team at Mr Real Estate more highly!
