One star because i couldn’t give no stars. Don’t waste your time, property managers know nothing about property management. Nil communication, call the office, ‘sorry they’re not avaliable, I’ll get them to contact you’, nothing. Always chasing it up. Had to repair the rear fence that went down in the storm. Took 3 months to get a quote. I got a cheaper quote over the phone in two days. Then my property manager, against my direction, told the neighbour I was paying for the whole repair, so I got left with a $4k bill for the fence and they failed to contact the neighbour. Yeah, pathetic. I’ve had 7 property mangers in 2.5 years. Two good ones who moved on. The rest well, I don’t recommend is a nice way of putting it. There were a lot of red flags and I should have dumped them a lot earlier than I did.

Tiffany is Cooke’s Real Estate’s best asset, not only is she true to her word, but empathetic to her clients. She knows the business inside out, knows her market and completely removes the stress from selling a property. She said a week, she would secure a sale, however it was sold in a day, so accurate is her knowledge and commitment to not only the seller, but also the purchaser. Tiffany is our gain and Texas’ loss!

Cooke has been wonderful to deal with. Kira has been very helpful, they are on time with their inspections and maintenance it has always been organised very timely. Belle has also always gone to top efforts to keep me updated. Been almost 2 years now and can't fault them as agents.

Have had the best experience with Hollie and Zoe from Cooke Property. They both went above and beyond to help us move in earlier than we expected, and have been nothing less than fabulous during our tenancy. They’re both so approachable and go above and beyond for any needs or requests we may have. Highly recommended.

Kira-Lee has been such an amazing Property Manager, ensuring maintenance was seen to at a very reasonable time frame and is compassionate and understanding. I appreciate all the hard work Kira-Lee has gone above and beyond to achieve and create a seamless tenancy/management from start to finish. Thank you, Kira-Lee. I appreciate everything.

Property owners beware, these guys do not give a stuff about your investment. They only care about doing whatever it takes to ensure they hold onto your property and keep that precious money coming in. Had neighbours from hell who absolutely DESTROYED the interior of the home. Tried contacting Cooke in Rocky and was met with unsympethetic and very rude staff (including one in particiular whose bio page on their website is an absolute joke). In the end Cooke was very surprised to find out that I had tracked down the property owner.....who was not told a single thing about her property and the extensive damage that was caused to it! It took around 6 weeks of guys coming and going to repair that place. They dont care about you, the investor or anyone else that could be potentially effected by bad tenants. Avoid at all costs.
