I’ve had a really positive experience with Jade Starbuck as my property manager. She is always friendly, approachable and down to earth, and I really appreciate the way she communicates openly, is very responsive and keeps me updated when anything comes up. Jade genuinely seems to care about the interests of everyone involved. I feel as though she understands the perspective of not only a homeowner, but a renter as well, and that really shows in the way she communicates and handles situations. She is genuinely kind, and from speaking and dealing with her you can tell she is just a lovely person. One experience that really stood out to me was when I managed to lock myself out of my rental while I was on my way to my own clients. Jade was incredibly understanding and stopped by my home at short notice to unlock it for me and get me back inside. It was a small disaster on my end, but she was so kind about the whole situation and helped me out without making me feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, life is never going to be completely perfect or smooth sailing, and there will always be the occasional issue that needs to be worked through, especially when renting. For me, what makes the difference is having someone on the other end who is relatable, kind, responsive and approachable and who you can have a normal, respectful conversation with. I’ve always felt comfortable communicating with Jade and raising things with her when needed, which makes a huge difference as a tenant. That has made my experience with Jade a really positive one. I’ve been very happy having her as my property manager and really appreciate having someone who is so easy to communicate with throughout my tenancy. 😊
