I am so happy that the property we are renting is through Acton | Belle. Everyone I engaged with was responsive, kind and helpful. The process from viewing the property, to applying, to obtaining the keys was quick and simple. All my questions were answered and they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Communication was exceptional. The property me platform they use has all the information I need in one place and it's simple to lodge any requests and get in touch with them. We are very happy with the whole process and highly recommend Acton | Belle.

I didn’t have the best experience as a tenant. I escalated my concerns within the Mandurah office and was very disappointed with how they managed my initial concerns. I then escalated further to head office and saw some improvements in the service and action to get my queries answered and responded to. After returning from a 2 week holiday to find the leak and water damage had not been fixed during the period I was away. It was agreed the lease could be broken so I could find another property. After reporting concerns of breaches of personal information and one of their staff discussing my tenancy matters and complaints outside their office they have stopped responding to my queries. Whilst I appreciate property agents are restricted by decisions of owners the impact of this situation on my personal wellbeing was a lot. Since renting from another company they have demonstrated the level of service tenants deserve. If you are a tenant I recommend ensuring you keep a record of communications in writing with this company. If you’re an owner looking to lease I’d suggest getting some comparisons to make an informed decision. Thank you for the message - you haven’t responded to all concerns and I’m not going to go back and forth on here and request that you do not respond here to prevent any issues similar as before. . There are still outstanding concerns regarding at least two members of your staff who have discussed my previous complaints outside of the office and or with staff that were not involved in my tenancy. I’ll be sending a formal complaint shortly for you to respond otherwise it will go to consumer protection. Thanks. Yes good to be back in a neighbourhood that has a genuine nice community.

We’ve had a great experience with Acton Belle Property managing our new build rental property. Their team has been highly proactive in chasing builders on missing items, organising quotes, following up outstanding issues, and ensuring things are completed properly without needing constant prompting. The whole team is also incredibly warm, approachable, and easy to work with. Communication has always been clear and professional, and we genuinely feel like they care about getting the best outcome for both owners and tenants. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team that is organised, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

His advice, professionalism and guidance to present my property to its full potential made me feel like the whole process would achieve the desired result. He is well supported by his team and nothing ever felt like an issue. I have had the pleasure of having the Belle group manage my property and its inspections. They have been promp in answering calls attending to issues and thorough with their inspections. As I live in another State, they stepped in where I could not attend with the final inspections, cleaning prior to tennating arranging letter box numbering etc. I highly reconmend them.
