We rented from Harcourts for 3.5 years and whilst to be honest we did not have an initial established rapport with anyone in the team -once Alison Burgess was on board as our property manager we experienced an extremely professional, respectful and person centred approach . Alison is an amazing property manager she is approachable and responsive and really understands the rental environment and how to work with people in an empathic but equally honest and transparent manner .
