Fox Real Estate

I have been renting through Fox Real Estate for almost 3 years and had a very positive experience. My property managers were Samara and Nate who were always highly responsive, efficient, caring and supportive. All correspondence was conducted professionally and in a friendly manner. Whenever an issue had occurred, Samara and Nate provided efficient support and had excellent communication. Overall, I would highly recommend Fox and I am very pleased with my experience with the team throughout the past 3 years.

I rented through Fox Real Estate for just under a year and found Grace and the broader property management team to be consistently professional, well presented, and highly responsive throughout my tenancy. Communication was always clear and timely, and all interactions were handled with courtesy and professionalism. I particularly appreciated the respect shown toward tenant privacy, as well as the team’s commitment to operating in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Although I was ultimately disappointed that the tenancy did not continue long term as initially hoped, I do not believe this reflected the conduct or professionalism of the property management team. From my experience, Grace acted transparently and professionally at all times. I had been meaning to leave this review for some time, as positive experiences with property managers are worth recognising. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation recommending Fox Real Estate for their professionalism, communication, and overall standard of service.

Renting can feel a bit like a lottery. Issues pop up sometimes. I feel lucky to have come across Mel Ainscough and her team. Mel’s support has been reassuring, and Fox’s contractors have been friendly and efficient.

Chelsea Baerwald made our first move into a rental care free and simple. Her service was amazing and to be able to access her so easily made any thing that came up a quick fix. I 100% would engage with Chelsea and the team again going forward for my rental needs.

Absolute pleasure working with Grace from fox, she got my property onto the market dealing with my back and forth and had it leased within a week. Vetting each of the tenants and presenting me with the best options for the least amount of risk. Couldn’t ask for any better service, polite professional and got the job done.

We had the pleasure of working with Melissa Ainscough as our Property Manager, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Melissa was always professional, approachable, and very supportive whenever we needed assistance. Communication was clear and prompt, and she made the whole process stress free. We truly appreciate her dedication and care during her time managing our property, and we wish her all the best in her future roles. Highly recommended!

We had Chelsea as our real estate agent and we couldn’t be happier with her services. She’s been quickly to reply to our queries and was so efficient when it came to organising the signing of the lease and then the handing over of the keys. Would definitely recommend her and Fox to anyone looking for real estate services.
