​I have mixed feelings about my experience with Chris Feng at First National Real Estate Waverley City. While the process moved forward, there was a significant lack of transparency regarding the property's condition. ​We discovered during the final inspection that the solar system was non-functional. When we raised this, the agent claimed they had mentioned it during an open house. However, there was no record of this in any documentation, nor was it noted in the contract or disclosure materials. Had this been clearly communicated in writing, we would have requested its removal or negotiated accordingly before signing. ​I feel that buyers deserve clear, documented guidance on a property’s status to avoid these surprises. I would encourage the First National Real Estate to implement better processes for ensuring all property disclosures are formally documented, rather than relying on verbal mentions that cannot be verified after the fact.
