I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as Century 21 in Rockhampton have been amazing! I purchased a property in Berserker in November 2024 and unfortunately, I received a call on Christmas Day to say the unit had flooded (burst pipe it turns out) while my tenants were away on holiday. I called Nathan on Christmas day and despite being on holiday he was available and right onto it. I felt so helpless being across the other side of the country. He went straight to the property to start sorting things out. It was a huge flood and a mammoth task which took a lot of hard work, however both Nathan and Emily put a huge amount of time and effort into making sure the property was attended to and really helped me so much with looking after my tenants, coordinating insurance, workers and bills over the next month and a half. I really can't rate these guys highly enough.

Selling of home . Initial call was missed and he called back within a couple of minutes. Nathan from the initial meeting which was organised within 24 hours. He attended home and completed initial walk through and then sat with us for approx 1 hour discussing the whole process and was very transparent about all costs involved in the selling process. During the whole process Nathan was always available to discuss things no matter how silly or trivial my questions were.I would recommend Nathan to anyone who was looking at going through this process.
