If I could give 0 stars I would. After sourcing me a property in the worst street imaginable - I terminated my contract with Troy. It’s in the contract that he will refund 50% of the deposit if the contract is terminated which he has failed to do and since completely ghosted me. Wouldn’t trust him with anything.

Troy was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. He didn’t follow through on what was promised, and when I asked for a refund for services he didn’t deliver, he outright refused. I wouldn’t trust him to represent anyone — look elsewhere.
