Updated 2026 beaware that the OC manager Tim, my email regarding OC matters and building issues have been ignored for several months despite many follow up. they are a very unprofessional company. Do not hire them. Updated: 26 Aug 2020, these matters have been looked after. It has been back and forth about 2 years. I decided not to give 1 star. If it was treated seriously from the beginning or earlier, I would consider to give better score. Updated: 25 May 2020, have sent a formal complaint letter, but as usual, no response. Have been advised by consumer affairs and DSCV about the procedure and DSCV can get involved once the lock down lifted. Tribunal case is advised to be lodged if things cannot be settled between us. Complaint: I have a property on 568 Collins street, when I first purchased this property in Sept 2018, there were some issues and one of them was the windows stuck and cannot be opened. I immediately followed all the steps and contacted the builder and got a quote and sent to OC and building managers. The OC manager Alexandra is extremely unprofessional. She ignored my email messages and when i called. She yelled at me rudely, I was shocked. After 1 and half years following up and chasing. building management and OC manager just keep pushing the responsibility to each other. I paid more than $5000 a year promptly unlike some other investors but never received minimum respect and basic service. I also own another property in upper west side, I regret that I voted for them instead of against them even though many owners want to remove them from the management. If you want to consider them to manage your building. Think again as I can't believe they would hire such an unprofessional and emotional person to work for them. Very disappointed. According to consumer affairs, "Window frames are generally the Strata's responsibility, as it forms part of the external surfaces to the building." I am waiting for advice to deal with this with them.

my review is consistent with most of the others here. appalling to non-existent customer service. they simply will not reply to emails or phone calls. it does not matter how many you send, they will ignore you. every single phone call goes to voicemail after long waits and you leave messages and nobody replies. emails simply ignored. time to get the lawyers involved. they are a joke.

One of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with. AUSPM makes mistakes constantly, and I’ve had to deal with the consequences every single time. Despite having written confirmation from their team that my bills were paid in full, they still charged me accrued interest. Completely unresponsive—calls go unanswered, even when their mistakes force me to chase them for resolutions. The most frustrating incident was when they sent me a warning letter claiming I hadn’t paid my body corporate fee. I had already paid it and sent them the bank transaction confirmation on the same day. THEY EVEN CONFIRMED IN WRITING THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT. Yet, they still issued the warning a few months later. It took almost 20 phone calls before someone finally answered and fixed it. Dealing with AUSPM has been stressful, time-consuming, and exhausting. I would never recommend them to anyone. PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO MANAGE THE WEST SIDE PLACE BUILDING. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT THE WHOLE BUNCH OF THEM.

Australian Property Management have been proactive with the management of our apartment precinct. They keep us up to date with everything that is happening and their solutions to any situations that arise and the processes that have taken place. The staff I have had dealing with are fantastic, very helpful and again their communication with me has been prompt and professional.

After 3 years - I can confirm this company shows no professionalism or care towards residences they are responsible to or that pay their wages. Even in the event of no power or hot water for 5 days+ for the ENTIRE complex, they still finish at 4pm on a Friday; good luck to those disabled or with children who cannot leave the property, who cannot access lifts or medication, or cars in their stackers or go to work. No working fire alarms, no updates, $$$$ wasted on food. No professionalism or due diligence and waits for so many complaints to be made before then taking action only to blame the weather or builder rather than their maintenance responsibilities. I tried to balance this review with something positive, but there is nothing. this company should be shut down or in the very least audited to show their non-compliance.

Frank from Midtown Building has got to be the best building manager I've ever worked with. I'm an electrical contractor that has been doing some work for Frank and he seriously is one of the most organised, efficient, responsive and very easy to deal with building manager I have the pleasure of working with. Good on ya Frank, keep doing what you're doing. Cheers!
