Val and Nikita were exceptional with their conduct while my partner and I were in communication with them for a rental property. Highly responsive via comms, happy to assist through the application process and overall, the kind of service you can only dream of with REA.

Tenants be warned. These ladies do not play nice! We were evicted over Christmas time, and moved out to receive a $10,000 "repairs" quote and a nice threat to go to VCAT. Long story short, they had zero actual evidence (Not even an exit report) we got all the bond back and didn't go to VCAT (drawn out as long as they possibly could) Emergency repairs were challenged illegally by the director herself, saying we "Didn't use the listed tradesman, therefore we have to pay" again we challenged and won. Sent dodgy shared water bills from Living Melbourne trying to get us to pay for some random water bills. Again, challenged and won. Remember, if they ring you, it's probably dodgy, make them send an email. (Hi Nikita) Hilarious. Classic real estate agents.

Living Property have been wonderful to deal with. My contact is Megan, she makes sure that the tenants are happy, and keeps on top of the numerous regulatory changes to Landlord / Tenant agreements. This means I dont have to keep track of all the regulations, and the tenants are satisfied to stay. Such a relief!

By 10am the next day, she had come over and seen my place, given an appraisal of the area and what I could expect to receive in rent and by the week after she had organised photos of the place and it was on the market. Had a tenant by the week after that. Responsive, efficient and approachable - couldn't recommend her enough. The management fees are slightly higher that some other agencies, but i think its worth it for the service they provide.
