EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. I picked Barb at random to value our house. She was extremely helpful and explained everything before she gave us a valuation and we agreed to put the house up for sale. Everything moved very quickly from then. She had the photographers out in the next 2 days, an internet Ad and an Open House for the following Saturday. She had the Monday as the final day for offers, and we agreed to the offer and were blown away by the efficiency of the whole process.
ACHIEVED PERFECT RESULT. The entire experience with Barb was an absolute pleasure starting with a preliminary appraisal 18 months before listing. When we eventually went to market, she explained every part of the marketing campaign including costs and advertising, so no surprises. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process of offers and feedback from inspections, and achieved a perfect result for us in a fairly short campaign. I would love to be able to use her services again in the future.
I recently purchased an investment property and Melanie had supported me through the entire process, she is knowledgeable, calm and very supportive. She ensure to guide us appropriately at every stage and made the whole process super smooth for us, it was such a pleasure dealing with Melanie
360 now appears to be with First National, I can’t comment on First National as I have had no dealings with them, I can however rate our experience with 360. 1 star is being generous. Over the course of managing our property 360 made many mistakes that cost us money. We sold our property but would have been finding another agent had that not happened. I would not recommend them as property managers.
We have been with 360PM for more than 10 years managing our investment property in Mackay. Kris has been our guardian angel helping us keep this house afloat for many years. 360PM's communication and professionalism has been outstanding and we do not hesitate to recommend them.
Easy to find car parking and staff are friendly and helpful. Enough room in front office to wait comfortably. They have business cards for all kinds of services that you may need for work around the house. Tegan was informative when asking questions and helpful with filling out paperwork.
Stay away!!! Very unprofessional and no care for the home owner! Needed an aircon replaced on our investment property. They got one quote "using their guys" which was $2800. Even though I dont live there I knew this was utterly ridiculous and got another quote which was $800 for the same job. You would think they would get two quotes as you pay them a weekly fee to manage your property. You need to prompt them to do things that they should be doing anyway. Pick another real estate agent that actually shows some professionalism. Zero care for the home owner!!
