If you value your investment and your peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. I strongly advise all landlords against trusting them with their properties. They do not care about maintaining your asset and completely avoid communication when things go wrong. The shower base in my property was broken, and instead of arranging a proper fix, they just tried to patch it up with silicone, which completely failed. The initial damage started while the property was under my ex-spouse's management, but they completely neglected to carry out proper repairs. When the property management was being transitioned to me, I repeatedly requested quotes and details to finally get the issue fixed. Instead of helping, the agency completely ignored me. They vanished, refused to send quotes, and ignored all my emails and phone calls for months. Because of their sheer neglect, water seeped through for months, causing massive damage to the property’s framing, walls, bedroom, and carpets. The situation was so unbearable that I finally had to transfer my property to another agency just to get things handled professionally. Do not trust them with your property. They will apply cheap, useless fixes and ignore you when real damage occurs.

I just wanna give a big shout to Gemma. Gemma has been our realestate agent for a few years now and she is genuinely the easiest person to get along with. We always feel heard and understood with Gemma about any questions we have. I have been with Youngs and Co since I was 18 and its people like Gemma that make you value sticking with Youngs and Co! 🩵

Even at an early stage, it’s clear they take pride in how they operate and value relationships over quick wins. AUD-305 was deducted for edges trimming of the grass only, sent messages to Connie to ask if she like to share how AUD-305 cost me for the edges trimming of the lawn but no response. regardless of our sacrifice & time which we devoted for the repair job of the home during our four months stay, which was really disturbing, everytime we had to re-arrange all rooms to get the repair job done.it was disrespectful & dishonest experience we had with this real estate.

Youngs & Co Shepparton were an absolute lifesaver. My previous rental fell through at the last minute (a reminder why I stick with local agents), and they were able to arrange an impromptu inspection without any fuss. The property they showed me was in excellent condition and the whole process was genuinely hassle-free.
