John is a really great agent to work with - he was incredibly helpful and always up for answering any questions. I was never palmed off to an assistant and always felt directly with John himself which was really great. As an interstate buyer he really helped me navigate the SA property purchase process and just made the whole process easy and stress free. He also went out of his way to get me a really thoughtful welcome gift on settlement rather than the usual bottle of wine. As a non-drinker I really appreciated the thought to even just ask if I would like wine! It really encapsulated my whole experience dealing with John - thoughtful, respectful and genuinely caring (not attributes I could say I've seen in many real estate agents where I'm from on the east coast!) I would 100% recommend John to either purchasers or buyers - if I ever sell I'll definitely be going back to him! :)

Fake reviews can only take people a short way. I spoke to the director of this company directly to enquire about a property based in Adelaide that I was interested in purchasing. Describing him as rude would be a significant understatement. Although he directed me to the form 1 for the property, he did not have time or the courtesy to answer simple questions, considering I was interstate.

John helped me to sell my property from interstate. I have no doubt managing the sale remotely with another agent would have been a struggle. The level of coordination was way more than he signed up for but he never missed a beat. Outstanding service. Thoroughly recommended!
