Highly recommend Caitlin Rice at Wolf Property for her, excellent communication, and dedication to her work. Although we have only been here just over a month she has been so kind and is such a sweet person. Caitlin is very approachable, and was so helpful if I need anything. She is so lovely and has made moving in such a great experience and stress-free.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the team at Launceston Wolf Property. Allison, the Business Development Manager, was fantastic from the very beginning. She helped us navigate a difficult time in our family, with professionalism, genuine care and expert advice. She was prompt, efficient, had an incredible eye for detail, and priced our property perfectly. Thanks to her knowledge of the market, our property was rented almost immediately to a fantastic tenants. A big thank you also to Caitlin, our Property Manager, who has been wonderful to deal with. Her communication has been excellent, she’s approachable, organised and has made the whole process completely stress-free. The management fees are very competitive, and the level of service has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wolf Property to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and reliable property management team. 10/10!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Allison at Wolf Property. She’s an Absolute legend. She not only helped me secure a tenant in no time once the property was ready to be tenanted but also went above and beyond in organising trades for repairs after we had bought the property. Her attention to detail during the repair process was unreal — she handled everything as though it was her own property. She’s great to deal with, communicates clearly, and genuinely takes pride in her work. I feel very lucky to have her managing my place.

A big shout out to Caitlin and Allison who have seamlessly found me a quality tenant. Their care factor and relentless attitude deserve more than a 5 stars. Thank you ladies and will definitely refer you to any property investor in Tasmania.
