Terrible experience trying to secure a property with this. Navigating the rental market from another state is stressful enough, but this agency made it unnecessarily difficult. Despite providing all necessary references and financial documentation, they refused to offer any flexibility for out-of-state applicants, such as accepting alternative lease signing methods. Their rigid policies and complete lack of assistance, no communication or updates and make it impossible to secure housing before you physically arrive. Avoid them if you are relocating from interstate.

Saw Chris Waterman at the Coast FM open day, where he had a stand and enquired about his services regarding buying a property. Within a couple of weeks his buyers agent Matt O'Donoghue found a lovely off market 3 bedroom homette at a decent price. Matt was in complete contact during the entire time doing all the dirty work so my wife and myself didn't have to do anything...he did it all. Would certainly use again without hesitation.
