I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Vanguard. A major ceiling light in the living/dining area has been broken for over a month, and despite repeated promises that the repair had been approved and scheduled, no action was taken. The property manager, Jody, repeatedly assured me it was arranged. But when the handyman finally came, he said he was never told about the issue. I followed up again, only to be abruptly hung up on twice mid-conversation by Jody, who then told me I should just fix the light myself—despite it being a ceiling fixture that clearly requires tools and safety equipment. This is not the level of service or professionalism I expected from an agency like Vanguard. Communication has been poor, and accountability has been completely lacking. The situation caused unnecessary stress and serious inconvenience. I hope the company reflects on this and ensures tenants are treated with proper care and respect.

My wife and I just rented our dream home through Nikita. From the moment we met and throughout the entire process, Nikita has been the friendliest and most professional agent we have ever encountered. It has been a great pleasure to deal with him in this process and it helps that he happens to be a great human too. Couldn’t possibly recommend him high enough.
