We honestly cannot recommend Nicole Kelly from Umbrella Realty highly enough. From the very beginning, Nicole was absolutely incredible. She sold our home in less than a week, for the price we were hoping for, and the entire process was seamless. She was thorough, organized, constantly kept us informed, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel completely under control. There wasn’t a single hiccup with the sale of our home. What really sets Nicole apart, though, is the kind of person she is. At the same time as selling our home, we were dealing with an extremely difficult and stressful situation with the property we were purchasing. This had absolutely nothing to do with Nicole and was well outside her responsibility as our selling agent, yet she went so far above and beyond for us. She offered advice, checked in on us, helped us navigate things when we were overwhelmed, and genuinely cared about what was happening to us. At a time when we felt incredibly stressed and unsure of what to do, having someone as experienced, calm and supportive as Nicole in our corner meant more than I can properly put into words. Nicole is professional, honest, meticulous and incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also compassionate and genuinely cares about her clients. We never once felt like we were simply another property transaction to her. Selling our home was a huge life moment for us, and I am so grateful that Nicole was the person who guided us through it. If you are considering selling your home, I would recommend Nicole without hesitation. She is an exceptional real estate agent and an even more exceptional human being. Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Umbrella Realty during the sale of my tenanted property. Despite being advised on 10 April that finance approval had been received, settlement was proceeding for 7 May, and vacant possession was required, the termination notice was not issued until 13 April. This delay ultimately resulted in settlement penalties being incurred. Throughout the process there appeared to be poor coordination between the property management and sales process, with responsibility continually shifted elsewhere rather than proactive solutions being provided. The most frustrating part was that I relied on professional guidance throughout the transaction, yet key risks around tenancy timing and settlement deadlines were never clearly communicated upfront. While staff were responsive to emails, the overall handling of the matter left me financially impacted and extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

Worst rental agents in Bunbury , no signs of compassion or hospitality towards tenants . Any repair is no or we need to spend from pocket . Hardly two months extension we had asked for since we are building house and our builder extend his date which was unanticipated but the agents understood our situation and were so keen to increase the rent To 24% increase and as well sign contract for a year when i mentioned that I need to vacate in two to three months .Once it was not agreed they give eviction notice immediately . Nothing more to say on them , I would have give o rating for them 8/03/26- three months after we have vacated they have still not released the bond money and they are trying to swallow the bond money rather than to dispose it. repair works done by their team including an handyman dealing with pool works has caused damaged to the property and they expect us to pay for it. All repair works nd pics are available in the app but they dont understand it and trying to blame us for the repair. we lodged repair works with agent and they had send handyman to do the work who has worsened the repair and why should we pay for what has been done by their tradesmen. pathetic service . Anyone before taking property for rental from this agent ,think twice before signing the contract. They also have some rude property agents who will tell everything is on us. I would score them -5 fro their service to the public
