This Space Real Estate

As we have relocated from Qld to beautiful Tasmania we had the opportunity to work with Hannah from My Space Property. Hannah took our brief onboard and was extremely helpful and positive. She went over and above to guide us and support our new chapter. Thank you for your Honesty and understanding.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with hannah kirsty. From our very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was flawless! we were kept updated every step of the way, which made the entire process stress free. They truly went above and beyond to get us the best result and their warm, approachable nature made them an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for an agent who genuinely cares and delivers results, look no further then hannah, 10/10

I thought moving from Melbourne to Tasmania would be hard, but Naaman and the team at This Space Real Estate made the process of finding a furnished home effortless. From the date of application through to moving in, communication from the team was excellent, and their friendly, professional service made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended

Words can’t express how impressed we are with This Space Real Estate, Jaime Beaton & Louise Gipton. Truly genuine straight up people! We had our property with another agency for over 36 days, results nothing! Within 12 hours of listing with This Space, an enquiry, an inspection & offer accepted! Not only professional & good at the job selling a property but excellent at communication & behind the scene checking contracts & checking all the details. Cannot recommend highly enough. The only estate agent we will ever use! Totally awesome job , thank you Jaime & Louise!

Big thank you to Naaman and Lotte for assisting me with managing my property. They are professional, friendly and patient and reassured me when there were any drawbacks or problems. Their tailored and personal approach makes things feel less transactional than other agencies. They ensure there is strong communication, responsiveness and possess substantial knowledge for understanding the market. I highly recommend their services, especially for investors!

From the very beginning, we found Hannah and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for us. Their communication was excellent — always keeping us informed, answering our questions promptly, and making sure we felt confident at every stage. The marketing strategy was well-planned and effective, which led to strong interest and a great result. What really stood out was their honesty, dedication, and attention to detail. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We’re truly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Fantastic company. We had Lotte help us with renting a property and she was wonderful. Her communication was clear and she helped guide us through the process. We were moving from overseas and she made everything easier and more personal. Would highly reccomend.
