I would like to thank Talha Khan for assisting me with a neighbour issue. Talha and the strata manager were both extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. They took the time to listen to my concerns and worked together to help resolve the matter efficiently. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend their service.

We have been living in pavilions building since 2012. All the managers were good and did their best ,and Sam is really the best in different aspects of his job as a manager. He is always available and responding . He is really helpful . I am really happy to have him as our manager.

I have been living at Sonoma Apartments for almost a year as an international student, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and support I have received throughout my stay. Living alone and experiencing many things for the first time can be stressful, but Santosh has always been approachable, patient, and willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. He consistently goes above and beyond to support residents, and knowing that there is someone reliable and genuinely caring gives me great peace of mind. I am a new tenant in a building managed by Sam. He has made everything so smooth from my move into the building which was in a bit of a rush, to helping me work out some plumbing issues, car parking issues and more. In all the buildings I have lived in he by far has been the best building manager I have come across! Thank you Sam 🙏
