*2/5 stars - Disappointing decline in service from Clinton property management* We had high hopes for Summit Estate Agents when we first started renting our property in Clinton, Qld with them. Initially, they were great - responsive, proactive, and looked after our investment well. Unfortunately, their service slowly went downhill from there. Without warning, they changed our 3-monthly inspections to 6-monthly, which wasn't ideal for us. But what really got us was the lack of communication and responsiveness towards the end. We had issues that needed attention, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond, let alone provide quotes for necessary work. We even had to chase them for quotes for jobs recommended by the Gladstone Regional Council, which was frustrating. The final straw was when we had to source our own tradies to get the work done because they wouldn't provide quotes. We switched to a new property manager from 02-03-2026. If you're considering Summit Estate Agents be aware that their service may not live up to expectations. We're disappointed, given the great start they had.

Most of the lettings reviews so far have been by owners, so here’s one from a tenant. Real estate agents can come over as officious, as bureaucratic. With Bec and her team, yes, like the others, they have procedures to follow, but I found them all to be both very approachable and very friendly. Communication is the key: if you’re a tenant or prospective tenant, don’t hesitate to visit and say hello. They are good people; it was a good experience all round.

Renae was fantastic! This was my first time seeking a home and Renae made it stress free and exceeded my expectations. Renae answered all my questions as needed and took over sorting everything so I didn’t have to, she had it covered from the beginning! The fact that I was able to have 8 offers just after day one of the listing going live says it all for me in regards to her advertising and knowledge about how the market is! Can’t recommend Renae and the Summit team enough!

Bec has been great with managing my property in Gladstone. She has been communicative and honest throughout the process of managing my property and also has a great ability to project manage renovations for my property.
