I never have an issue with Mark or his team. They are approachable and work with you to get the results. As a tenant that's GOLD. Highly recommend him as a property manager, he knows his stuff and makes renting pleasurable.
Ash and his team have been managing property for me since 2018. I have always found them to be honest, forthright and very easy to deal with. Ash recently sold a property for me and the process was made that much easier by his relaxed and personable style. Ash has become a trusted professional that I have confidence in seeking advice and support from as a landlord and seller/purchaser. Highly recommend.

I used Stanley Samuels as my rental agent for 7 years. They then assisted me with renovating my house for sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Stanley Samuels organised everything to do with preparing the house for sale - builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpet and floor layers. I was absolutely delighted with the results and the price obtained for the property.
