Great communication and fast turn around. . Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
They are good at onboarding, but as soon as you are a tenant the problems start. Requests for maintenance take weeks (if they get processed at all) and they had the nerve to offer money off our rent if we gave them a 5 star review on RateMyAgent. This seems unethical. Two stars for processing the rental application at the beginning. Everything since then has been lacklustre at best.
First time using smart rentals hadn’t had a good experience using a few other rental agencies in Townsville I was treated with respect from the very attentive property manager Taylah from smart rentals she made the entire process very easy and simple for me as a new client and got me into a new rental thank you very much for your honesty and integrity it stoped me from being homeless

Service at its absolute greatest! After three years as a tenant I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant renting experiences I’ve had. The landlord and property managers are genuinely caring and go above and beyond. The rental team is consistently present and easy to deal with whenever anything came up. Maintenance was always handled quickly. Issues were sorted fast and without any fuss, that made a huge difference day to day. You always felt like someone actually had your back. The whole tenancy was easy going from start to finish. No hiccups Clear communication and a real sense that they looked out for their tenants as people. Absolutely brilliant experience and I’d happily rent through them again without hesitation.

I have recently moved into a rental property and Smart Rentals Townsville have been wonderful to deal with every step of the way. The property itself is for sale, and even then the property manager has been very understanding of making sure inspections and necessary steps for the sale are worked around my schedule.
