I wish I could give them minus stars, Kim Smith, together with Dion Grant, have cost me thousands of dollars in loss of income. Dion was absolutely angry when I decided not to sell my property that I believe he has black listed me to most other agencies in Shepparton . I found him to be a very petulant and nasty man when he doesn't get his own way. He was trying to destroy me but unfortunately for him it hasn't worked. Please stay away from this agency as they all look after each other especially Ryon O'cconer who was fully aware of the situation and let it continue.

It was our first face to face meeting with someone from Shepparton Real Estate and our first rental inspection at this address since we have been living here, as me moved across from a different real estate. Cate was just fantastic, Very Friendly, Happy and Professional in her job. She took all our concerns about the property when we moved in on board, and came across very sincerely in the couple of minor things needing addressing now. Ella our property manager is great, always responding to emails and calls. She is proactive which is a nice change from many property managers in the industry that treat the client like a burden as opposed to a teammate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend SRE :)
