Renting Adelaide Property Management

I cannot thank Brett and the team enough for their care, attention and kindness. From the very beginning, they made what can sometimes be a stressful renting experience feel positive, straightforward and genuinely supported. Their professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to help were exceptional, and I am truly grateful for everything they have done. It is clear that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering a high level of service. I would not hesitate to contact Renting Adelaide again if I ever need their services in the future, and I will continue to recommend them to others. Firstly, it is highly unprofessional and a complete deflection to suggest that the length of the sale process is the reason for my frustration. I was generally happy with the service LJ Hooker provided and if you had done any due diligence the property has settled already. My concerns relate solely to the property management service and how my lease break and handover were handled. If you are asking for genuine feedback, see below. I entrusted renting Adelaide property for nearly four years, and unfortunately it was towards the end of our relationship, when I needed their expertise the most, that the quality of service fell well below my expectations. When my tenants broke their fixed term lease, I was simply informed that they were moving out. At no point did my property manager explain my rights as a landlord, what my options were, how the lease break process would work, what compensation I may have been entitled to, or what steps would be taken next. Instead, I was left to research and continually question my rights and seek answers elsewhere. I expected my property manager to guide me through the process, not simply pass on information. I was also disappointed with how the final inspection was handled. I was asked whether I wanted to attend the final inspection and review the property together and I agreed. Despite this, the agent did not provide a specific time for the inspection and simply messaged me the day before to advise that she would be conducting it. I responded that I had not made arrangements to take leave the following day and requested that the inspection be rescheduled. Despite this, she proceeded with the inspection without my presence. This was particularly frustrating when I had made it clear that I wanted to be involved. Another concern was that the tenants were not instructed to ensure all of their belongings had been removed before the final inspection and handover. I have chased with the agent and response was yep sure. Now after following up, I’ve had to clear the belongings myself. After nearly four years as a client, I expected a much higher standard of service.

First, this is a review as a tenant. Bianca was my agent, and manly who I've delt with during my time with them. I can't stress how easy she made it all feel as a tenant. Rental inspections never were a stress, she understood being parent and kids will pull everything out just before hand. Any issues where always delt with promptly. She understood it was my families home, not just another house. Receipts on anything paid. Even after no longer being with her as a tenant, Bianca answered a rental question I had off her own back. I can't recommend her enough, if I'm ever in the position to own a rental property myself, Bianca is who I'm calling.

We’re tenants and Bianca is by far the best property manager we’ve ever had. Always responds immediately to maintenance requests, we often get tradies round the very next day. Also just pleasant to communicate with, very respectful and friendly. Highly recommended to all tenants!

Without a doubt the best tenant experience I've had through many years of renting. Have been 6 years in the rental managed by Brett. I have now just purchased a house and Brett made the break of lease process easy to understand and painless. Thanks to renting Adelaide for doing what you do. 10/10

Renting Adelaide and Bianca (one of their amazing property managers) managed our property for many years while we lived interstate for work. Their outstanding communication and online management portal meant even at distance managing the property was easy! We have recently moved back into the property and are so pleased with how well it has been kept - It has clearly been managed exceptionally well. Throughout the entirety of my tenancy Bec was fantastic to work with. She would respond to queries immediately, resolving any issues I had and always did so in a friendly manner. Her management and communication skills are both excellent and she clearly cares both for the property and the tenant.
