My experience with this agency was an extremely comfortable purchasing experience thanks to the stress free handling of every step of the process by Mikka Paulsen. In fact I would not have known about this sale but for Mikka introducing me to it. Almost six months ago I met Mikka, just once, through another house sale that I did not pursue further, for reasons I explained to him at the time. In fact I had dropped all contact and interest in buying until Mikka contacted me out of the blue with a house that he believed satisfied my previous issues. He was spot on.
