Please don't have anything to do with this real estate agency. They have too many homes on their books for rental that they can't find tenants for. That was the answer from Terry in regards to my property, which is in the best part of shepparton just around the corner from GV hospital. Why would you go with the agency that already has "too many properties on our books we can't find tenants for". Definitely not professionals. If I could give them minus stars, I would.

Terri Burtina was wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional and supportive throughout the whole process. She kept me well informed at all times and always took the time to answer any questions I had, making everything feel easy and stress-free. Terri showed genuine care and dedication. My house sold in record time, which I’m so grateful for. She was also so fun to be around and made me feel comfortable from the very start.
