James was amazing when we were selling mum's home. He communicated with us constantly and we always knew what was going on throughout the sale process. His advice and support was excellent.

Extremely disappointed with the way this agent handled the sale process. I originally submitted an offer of $430k and was told to attend the inspection first, so I travelled from Sydney the same day. At the inspection, other buyers were offering less, and the agent encouraged me to submit the contract and formal offer. After returning to Sydney, he ignored my calls and messages for a long time. When I finally got through to him the next day, he asked whether that was my highest offer. I then increased my offer multiple times, eventually reaching $455k. After all of that, he suddenly told me the property was already “under offer.” The whole process felt very misleading and poorly managed. I wasted time, money, and effort travelling and trying to negotiate seriously, while communication from the agent was inconsistent and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and I would not deal with this agent again.

I had a great experience with the team, they were very helpful, transparent and organised. I was renting and Jacinta was my property manager. She was very personable, and always answered any questions I had quickly - and helped in any way she could, especially with organising any works around the place.
