Rental of my granny flat. Trying to rent out the granny flat myself was a stressful experience. I found it to be time consuming and needed to read through lots of applications, present viewings and be able to do background checks. Alicia and her team were so helpful and understanding about finding the tenant for the granny flat suitable with our family as it is a separate part of the same house. Raine and Horne Hobart the best! We moved to Hobart from Interstate in March 2021, and had to find accommodation via phone and Internet communication. Raine and Horne Hobart processed our application rapidly and the turn-around time from application to result was exceptional. This allayed our fears, and gave us a huge sense of relief after the delays we had been through with other agencies. Given the Covid restrictions were always looming in the background, booking furniture removal and being certain of accommodation after crossing Bass Strait were always time-reliant.
