A buyer's agent service on the Sunshine Coast helped a client who wanted to purchase at auction but lacked bidding experience. Harman Khosa guided the process from about ten days before the auction through to the event itself, explaining each pre-auction stage and the bidding procedure as it unfolded. Communication was maintained throughout, and Harman also liaised with the other party on the client's behalf.

We engaged the auction bidding services of Property Buyer as we wanted to secure a property by bidding at auction but were inexperienced in doing this. Harman Khosa from the Sunshine Coast team acted as our buyer's agent and we couldn't have been happier with the service. From the outset (10 days before auction), Harman communicated with us every step of the way and navigated us through the pre-auction and auction process. He also liaised with the seller's agent when needed. On auction day, he expertly bid on our behalf, taking all the emotion and anxiety out of the exercise. We ending up being successful on the day and the Property Buyer fee was more than covered by the saving in purchase price that Harman negotiated for us.
