Nisha Property Management

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Nisha. From the very beginning, she worked incredibly hard to find the right tenants for our investment property and never gave up, even when a few applications didn't work out. What really stood out was her proactive approach. She organised everything needed to get the property ready for lease quickly and efficiently. We never had to chase her for updates or follow up on outstanding tasks, as she was always one step ahead. What we appreciated most was her genuine, personal approach. She clearly cares about her clients and takes the time to build good relationships with both owners and tenants. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening, and we felt confident that she was doing everything she could to achieve the best outcome for us. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, we secured tenants and achieved a result we were happy with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a hardworking, caring and committed property manager.

Nisha is incredibly knowledgeable and highly efficient. Absolute smooth operator. Thank you!!! "I have just handed my property over to Nisha Property Management, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Nisha is incredibly knowledgeable and highly efficient. She immediately set clear timelines for the handover process so I knew exactly what to expect. She was immensely helpful in preparing the house for market, advising me precisely on what compliance certifications were required to protect the tenants and my investment. Her thoroughness during the tenant screening process stood out, ensuring we chose the absolute best fit for the house. If you want a property manager who combines true expertise with efficient, stress-free service, I highly recommend Nisha!"

As first-time renters, we were quite nervous about the whole process but Nisha made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. Her communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us informed and responding quickly to any questions we had. What really stood out was her passion for her job and the genuine care she showed in helping us secure the right rental, as well as securing the right tenants for the property. Unlike many other agents we've dealt with while inspecting properties, she was approachable, professional and truly invested in making the experience a positive one. She took the time to understand our situation and guided us through every step, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and straightforward. If I were renting out my own property, I would absolutely want someone like her finding the right tenants. Her attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to matching the right people with the right property really stood out. Thanks to her guidance and support, we secured a beautiful rental and couldn't be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Found Nisha by many recommendations on the local community page and she definitely lived up to her reputation. Found suitable tenants within a week of listing. She’s straight to the point and that’s what we were looking for. As our tenants haven’t moved in yet, it’s still early days, but so far the process has been smooth, professional and well managed. Communication has been prompt and clear throughout, and we’ve been very happy with the service provided to date. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nisha to others looking for a property manager.

Nisha has honestly been the best agent that I have ever worked with! She is very profession and thorough in all that she does. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and gets back to her tenants questions/concerns promptly. I highly recommend her!

We honestly cannot recommend Nisha highly enough. After finding out our current rental was being put up for sale, we were incredibly stressed and overwhelmed trying to secure a new home for our family in such a difficult rental market. From the very beginning, Nisha went above and beyond for us as existing tenants and truly never gave up until she found us the perfect long-term rental. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, constantly communicating with us, advocating for us, and doing absolutely everything she could to help make the process less stressful. At a time where we felt so uncertain, Nisha made us feel supported, valued, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness, dedication, professionalism, and determination did not go unnoticed. We are beyond grateful for the amount of effort and time she put into helping our family secure a home, and we honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us. If you are looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and will go the extra mile for her clients and tenants, Nisha is exactly that person. We appreciate her more than words can say.
