I have been renting a property managed by Ms. Lana and Metro Realty for more than a year. The whole rental experience has been absolutely wonderful. Communication has always been easy and pleasant. Lana is incredibly professional, patient and reliable. She always replies to messages and emails in a timely manner, and solves every housing-related problem quickly and perfectly. I really love staying in Melrose Park and feel extremely comfortable living here. I highly recommend this real estate agency without any hesitation. I will definitely choose Metro Realty first for all my future house renting, buying and selling matters, and I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. Metro’s conduct has been misleading and demonstrates a clear lack of honesty and integrity. First of all, outgoing report was clearly done carelessly and does not reflect the true condition of the property. Also tenant asked to move in 10 days earlier however Metro withheld this information and misled tenant and us (tenant confirmed with evidence provided to me). The water rates were also charged incorrectly. Most unacceptable, they terminated the contract unilaterally without proper agreement.
